About Kiana Stowe RMT

Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Kiana grew up doing competitive dance (ballet, jazz, and contemporary) which fueled her interested in the human body. Relocating to Kelowna, Kiana graduated from the University of British Columbia, Okanagan campus with a Bachelors of Human Kinetics in 2014. Focusing in the Clinical Exercise Physiology stream, she specifically enjoyed learning about injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as functional strength and mobility.

With an interest in athletics, Kiana continued to work as a part of the training staff for the Kelowna based BCJFL Football team, the Okanagan Sun, for 3 seasons and still enjoys helping out at away games here on the Island. Here she gained experience with traumatic sports injuries and rehabilitation for both post-operative orthopedic and soft tissue injuries.

Kiana moved to Victoria in 2016 to complete the massage program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and graduated in April 2018.

When not in the clinic, Kiana loves going to the beach, enjoying the local food scene and a good BBQ with friends.
